The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is in receipt of the submission,
which includes a Full Environmental Assessment Form Part 1, and Letter of Intent. The
NYSDOT consents to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Board of Trustees assuming the role of
Lead Agency for review of the referenced proposal.
