The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is in receipt of the submission,
which includes a Full Environmental Assessment Form Part 1, and Letter of Intent. The
NYSDOT consents to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Board of Trustees assuming the role of
Lead Agency for review of the referenced proposal.
Please submit subsequent plans and documents for this project as well as those for any
future development proposals in DIGITAL (.pdf) FORMAT -CD, DVD or Thumb drive.
