following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote: 
 
Resolution #170-2024 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has reviewed its existing flood 
insurance policies to ensure the coverage being provided is adequate; and 
 
WHEREAS, the coverage in effect for certain buildings at the Village well fields 
needed to be increased; and 
 
WHEREAS, these changes incurred an additional flood insurance premium 
expense in the amount of $2,003; and  
 
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2024-2025 Water 
Fund budget, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes 
the Village Treasurer to transfer $2,003 from Water Fund Contingency Account 
F1990.4000 to the following account: 
 
                    F1910.4000 - Insurance Contractual: $2,003
