An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held
on July 24, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal
Building.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 6:06 PM to discuss matters of personnel involving the
employment of a particular person.
Village Manager Healy
No action was taken.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the Executive Session at 6:21 PM.
