A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Friday, August 9, 2024 in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room at the Stanley Kellerhouse Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. The following officials were absent: Trustee Simon called the meeting to order at 12:32pm. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS Trustee Nicholson made a motion to approve the following Fiscal Year Vouchers, claims numbered 24250411-24250744. The Motion was seconded by Trustee Murtaugh and approved with a 3-0 Vote. $398,322.64 Water Fund $32,320.76 Sewer Fund $4,623.65 Capital Fund $72,230.53 Trust Fund $5,016.00 A motion to close the special meeting and enter into executive session to discuss the employment history of a particular person was made by Trustee Murtaugh.
