An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held
on August 9, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse
Municipal Building.
On a motion by Trustee Nicholson, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the Board voted unanimously
to enter into an executive session at 12:35 PM to discuss the employment history of a particular
person.

No action was taken.
On a motion by Trustee Murtaugh, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted
unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 1:00 PM.
