On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #178-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police Department hosted a National
Night Out event on August 6, 2024, which required additional overtime personnel
services; and
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2024-2025 General
Fund budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $625.99 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to
the following account:
A7550.1200 – Celebrations – Personnel Services Overtime: $625.995
