On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #180-2024
WHEREAS, in 2023 the Village of Croton-on-Hudson’s Police Department applied
to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services for a Law Enforcement
Technology Grant; and
WHEREAS, in 2024 the grant was awarded to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson in
the amount of $277,677.88 for various Police Department equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager and Village Treasurer recommend the Board
establish a capital project to manage the grant expenditures;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Board authorizes the
establishment of a Capital Project for the purchase of Police Department equipment
as outlined in the grant application in the amount of $277,677.88.
