On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #-2024 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson seeks to amend and update various provisions of Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to align the zoning regulations with current planning and development needs; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendments include updates to definitions, regulations concerning accessory cottages, manufactured homes, and boarding arrangements, among others, as well as modifications to commercial zoning provisions; and WHEREAS, Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2024 has been drafted for such purposes, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby declares itself as Lead Agency for the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) process for Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2024, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby determines that this local law is an Unlisted Action under SEQRA, AND IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the proposed local law, EAF and CAF are hereby referred to the Village Planning Board, the Westchester County Planning Board and the Waterfront Advisory Committee for review and recommendation in accordance with applicable law.
