On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #188-2024
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local Law
Introductory No. 13 of 2024, a local law to amend Chapter 215, Vehicle & Traffic,
of the Code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to update provisions related to
seasonal parking; and
WHEREAS, the proposed local law seeks to amend Section 215-29 to clarify
regulations regarding parking during snow events, including provisions for vehicle
relocation, special hardship permits, and overnight parking in designated areas; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees is required to hold a public hearing to
receive public comment on the proposed law before it can be considered for adoption,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees of the
Village of Croton-on-Hudson hereby schedules a Public Hearing to be held on
October 23, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley
H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider the adoption of Local Law
Introductory No. 13 of 2024, amending Chapter 215 of the Village Code regarding
seasonal parking.
