On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #191-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson solicited sealed bids for the Harmon
Firehouse addition – Exterior Framing Work (Labor Only) under Bid No. 08-2024,
with bids due by 10:00 AM on October 4, 2024; and
WHEREAS, one bid was received and publicly opened on the aforementioned date;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has reviewed the bids submitted and
determined that the amounts were higher than anticipated; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson retains the right to reject any and
all bids if deemed necessary and in the best interest of the Village,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby
rejects the one bids received for the Harmon Firehouse addition – Exterior
Framing Work (Labor Only) under Bid No. 08-2024.
