To the esteemed members of the Planning Board:
In the process of changing the interior of 130 Grand Street from medical offices into a
restaurant/performance venue, we need to accommodate height codes for the
mezzanine level and therefore plan to add 2 small dormers on the roof.
When going up the stairs to the mezzanine, the landing must have 7 foot clearances for
patrons.
The dormers do not raise the height of the building and are unseen from street level, and
do not impose on surrounding property.
