On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #208-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson uses a Formax FD1500 Auto Sealer
(folding machine) for the large-scale processing of billing throughout the year; and
WHEREAS, this folding machine is over 15 years old and integral to the Village’s
regular operations; and
WHEREAS, the folding machine requires maintenance and repair, not included in
the Fiscal Year 2025 Adopted Budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Board hereby authorizes the
Village Treasurer to transfer $1,220 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to the
following account:
A1680.4000 - Data Processing-Contractual: $1,220.00
