An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on October 16, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Politi, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 10:00 PM to discuss matters of personnel involving a specific
individual.

On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
