To Whom it May Concern:
Our neighbor, Nancy Heppner of 9 Bank Street, has
advised us that she wishes to build a 10’x16’ deck within
her back yard. We understand that the proposed deck
would be only 3.3 feet from her uphill side property line
instead of the 5 feet that is normally required by the
code; and that she has applied for a variance. The back
of our property is on the other side of Farrington, which
is uphill and across the street from Ms. Heppner’s
property. We have no objections or concerns regarding
this plan.
