On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #211-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police Department anticipates a
vacancy in the rank of Police Sergeant in the near future; and
WHEREAS, Chief of Police John H. Nikitopoulos has recommended Michael
DellaDonna for promotion to the rank of Police Sergeant,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that Michael DellaDonna is hereby
appointed to the rank of Police Sergeant in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police
Department, effective December 2, 2024, at an annual salary of $149,204.92, per the
current Croton Police Association bargaining agreement.
