On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #215-2024 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has been awarded a grant from the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) under the Community Resiliency, Economic Sustainability, and Technology (CREST) Program, in the amount of $100,000; and WHEREAS, this grant is designated to support the purchase of two electric vehicles for the Village Police Department fleet, enhancing sustainability and operational efficiency; and WHEREAS, DASNY requires a formal agreement with the Village to govern the disbursement of grant funds and to outline the specific terms and conditions of grant compliance, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to sign the Grant Disbursement Agreement with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and to execute any additional documents necessary for the acceptance and administration of the grant funds.
