On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #216-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson seeks to engage U-Audit Associates,
LLC, to review the Village’s gross receipts tax revenue to ensure the Village is
receiving all funds which it is due; and
WHEREAS, the Village will pay U-Audit a fee based on identified refunds or
savings, as detailed in the Agreement, with the fee payable upon receipt of refunds or
verification of cost reductions; and
WHEREAS, there is no cost for this service if no outstanding revenue is located; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
authorizes the Village Manager to sign the agreement with U-Audit Associates, LLC.
