On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #253-2023
WHEREAS, the designation of an official newspaper is effective for one year and
must be one which has general circulation within the Village,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby
designates The Gazette as the official newspaper for the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that The Journal News is designated as an official
newspaper on an as-needed basis.
