On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, 
New York, with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #223-2024 
 
WHEREAS, the construction of Maple Commons was completed earlier this year; 
and 
 
WHEREAS, a pocket park at the intersection of Maple Street and Municipal Place 
was constructed as part of the development; and 
 
WHEREAS, while the park is privately owned and maintained, it is open to all 
residents of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and their guests; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson would like to install an electric clock 
in the park at a cost not to exceed $16,706; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village has received two donations for this project in the total 
amount of $6,000; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village Board would like to fund the remaining cost of the clock 
using existing parkland funds;  
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Board accepts the two 
donations from Clean Path New York and Regan Development Corporation with 
gratitude; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the Village 
Treasurer to make the following budget transfers:
