On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #224-2024
WHEREAS, the heating system at the Grand Street Firehouse is not fully functional
at this time; and
WHEREAS, the Dept. of Public Works has received an estimate to replace one of
the circulator pumps at a cost of $5,800; and
WHEREAS, the buildings and grounds sub-account in the Fire Department budget
account does not have sufficient funds available due to other unforeseen repairs to
the building’s air conditioning system earlier this year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Board authorizes the Village
Treasurer to transfer $5,800 from contingency account A1990.4000 to the following
account:
A3410.4600 – Fire-Buildings & Grounds - $5,800
