On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #225-2024 WHEREAS, the solar canopy project at the Croton-Harmon Train Station is nearing completion; and WHEREAS, while the solar canopies were installed through a third-party, the Village is responsible for the installation of the underground drainage; and WHEREAS, the Grand Street Retaining Wall Replacement project is completed with a surplus of $70,000; and WHEREAS, the Village has received more interest and earnings than budgeted in the current fiscal year; and WHEREAS, full funding for the installation of the drainage was not included in the adopted Fiscal Year 2025 budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfers: DECREASE A.1000.2401 (Interest & Earnings): $90,000 H.5110.2106.23439 (Grand St. Wall Replacement): $70,000 INCREASE H.5650.2106.25503 (Solar Canopy Drainage Install): $160,000 Dated: November 20, 2024
