An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on November 13, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Politi, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 6:08 PM to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals.
Trustee Politi left the executive session at 7:35 PM and re-joined via phone at 8:41 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the executive session at 9:05 PM.
