On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #255-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson plans to carry out a cybersecurity review,
to check for potential weaknesses in the Village’s computer systems; and
WHEREAS, a quote in the amount of $4,800 has been provided by WSG Consulting,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2024-2025 General Fund
budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the
Village Treasurer to transfer $4,800 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to the
following account:
A1650.4000 – Central Communications – Contractual: $4,800
