On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #257-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson plans to send a Village-wide mailing in
the new year related to code enforcement; and
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2024-2025 General Fund
budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the
Village Treasurer to transfer $6,000 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to the
following accounts:
A1230.4000 – Manager – Contractual:
$4,800
A1650.4410 – Central Communications – Postage:
$1,200
