(“Optimum” or “the Company”) previously notified your office on January 10, 2025, that Optimum and Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (“Nexstar”) were unable to reach an agreement to continue carriage of Nexstar owned or operated broadcast stations (the “Channels”) on Optimum TV lineups. This subsequent notice is to inform your office, for informational purposes, that the Company and Nexstar have successfully reached agreement on a renewal of Optimum’s authorization to carry the Channels, which have been restored to Optimum TV lineups in their original channel positions. The Company remains committed to delivering choice and value for its Optimum TV customers. The Company is pleased to have been able to restore the Channels, and we will continue to engage our programming partners to make content available to Optimum customers on terms that maximize choice and value. Customers are being notified via the Optimum web site, Optimum.com/Nexstar, email, and other means where appropriate. As always, customers may access their current television channel lineups by visiting www.Optimum.net/lineups.
