On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #7-2025
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2016, the Board of Trustees adopted the Employee Policy
Manual dated June 2016 and directed the Village Clerk to distribute the manual to all
Officers, Employees and Volunteers of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson; and
WHEREAS, New York State has adopted Labor Law § 203-e, which prohibits
discrimination based on an employee’s, or a dependent’s, reproductive health
decision-making; and
WHEREAS, this legislation requires that notice of such law be included in the
Village’s employee handbook,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
adopts the updated Employee Policy Manual dated January 2025;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees directs the
Village Clerk to distribute the updated manual to all Officers, Employees and
Volunteers of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
