On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #10-2025
WHEREAS, the Village has operated a public access cable TV channel for many
years through Optimum; and
WHEREAS, certain legacy equipment for the channel is located at Croton-Harmon
High School; and
WHEREAS, the equipment needs to be relocated off school grounds to allow the
channel to continue to operate; and
WHEREAS, funding for such expense was not included in the 2024-2025 General
Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $15,447 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to
the following account: A6410.4000 – Publicity: Contractual.
