On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with 
a - vote. 
 
Resolution #11-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village received a copy of the liquor license application for The 
Grand Croton LLC, located at 130 Grand Street; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has approved a change of use for this location to 
operate as a café/theatre with a full kitchen and bar; 
 
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the Village waive the 30-day waiting 
period so the application can proceed in a timely fashion, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby supports the 
waiving of the 30-day waiting period for The Grand Croton LLC; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Clerk is directed to provide a copy 
of this resolution to the applicant and New York State Liquor Authority.
