On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #16-2025
WHEREAS, the boiler at the DPW garage recently required emergency repairs; and
WHEREAS, the emergency repairs were extensive and not fully budgeted in the 2024-
2025 fiscal year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $8,175 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to
the following account: A1640.4000 – Garage – Contractual.
