A Work Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on
Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley
H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.

On a motion by Trustee Slippen, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
make the following appointments to boards and committees:
Jason Mencher
Conservation Advisory Council –
Term expires December 2026
William Begeny
IDEA Advisory Committee –
Term expires December 2025
Ken Sargent
Arts & Humanities Advisory Council –
Term expires December 2026
Andrew Farber
Arts & Humanities Advisory Council –

On a motion by Trustee Nicholson, seconded by Trustee Simon, the Board voted unanimously to
make the following appointments to boards and committees:

Sustainability Committee
The Board heard a presentation from The Laberge Group regarding the Engineering Department
Organizational Assessment which was undertaken last year. A recording of the presentation may
be heard by visiting the Village website
