On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #20-2025 WHEREAS, the Police Department has been replacing certain gas-powered vehicles in its fleet with electric vehicles; and WHEREAS, additional electric vehicles for the Engineering Department and Parking Enforcement are regularly parked at the Municipal Building; and WHEREAS, the electric infrastructure in the building has reached its maximum capacity for charging stations; and WHEREAS, the Dept. of Public Works has estimated that it will cost approximately $18,727 to upgrade the building’s electrical panel; and WHEREAS, funding is available in the Village’s sustainable trust account for this purpose, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the expenditures of these funds from the sustainable trust account, T94002.
