On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #22-2025 WHEREAS, the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation has proposed revising the Project Scoring Criteria for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF); and WHEREAS, the proposed changes may result in smaller municipalities having more difficulty in accessing funding from the CWSRF, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to submit a public comment to the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation on behalf of the Village Board of Trustees in support of revising the scoring criteria to facilitate access by smaller municipalities.
