On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #35-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson provides snow and ice removal
services on certain New York State-owned roads in the Village, including Route
9A (North Riverside Avenue/Albany Post Road) and Route 129 (Maple Street);
and
WHEREAS, the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has
provided the Village with a snow and ice agreement for the period beginning July
1, 2024, continuing through June 30, 2029, for these services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to sign the 2024-2029 Municipal Snow and Ice Agreement with the
NYSDOT.
