On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #57-2025 WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees issued a special permit to WBP Development LLC for the construction of a 100-unit multifamily development at 1 Croton Point Avenue on December 18, 2024; and WHEREAS, WBP Development LLC has continued to develop their plans as they go before the Village Planning Board for site plan approval; and WHEREAS, WBP Development LLC has now filed an application with the Westchester County Dept. of Health in order to connect to the sanitary sewer main under Croton Point Avenue; and WHEREAS, Westchester County is requiring the Village to sign off on the application as the present land owner of the parcel, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby authorize the Village Manager to execute the letter of authorization for the Westchester County Dept. of Health and any future paperwork related to this application.
