On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #58-2025 WHEREAS, the Croton-Harmon Union-Free School District has advised the Village that its school buildings, the customary location for the Recreation Department’s Summer Day Camp program, will not be available this summer for use; and WHEREAS, Holy Name of Mary Church, located at 114 Grand Street, has agreed to grant a license for the use of their premises for the Village's summer day camp program for the period beginning July 1, 2025, through August 8, 2025, for a total payment of $5,800; and WHEREAS, Holy Name of Mary has provided a license agreement delineating the terms and conditions, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the license agreement with Holy Name of Mary Church for use of their premises for the Village’s summer day camp program.
