On motion of Trustee ______ and seconded by Trustee ______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #60-2025 WHEREAS, the Croton Business Council is desirous of holding a “Wild West Hoedown” festival, an event which expects to have attendance of two thousand attendees, on a Village street, specifically Grand Street between Old Post Road South and Mount Airy Road; and WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has provided the Croton Business Council with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that delineates the respective rights and obligations of the parties and defines their relationship for the “Wild West Hoedown” event, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with the Croton Business Council related to the “Wild West Hoedown” event.
