On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #61-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has an intermunicipal agreement with
the Town of Cortlandt for organic recycling; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Cortlandt invoices the Village quarterly for said services;
and
WHEREAS, the fees are anticipated to exceed the Fiscal Year 2025 adopted budget
in the amount of $1,931.72,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer in the 2024-2025 General Fund budget:
Increase:
A8090.4000-Recycling Contractual
$1,931.72
Decrease:
A1990.4000-Contingency Contractual
$1,931.72
