On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #63-2025
WHEREAS, on March 14, 2025, Village Treasurer Daniel Tucker submitted his letter
of resignation to the Village Board of Trustees effective April 4, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Deputy Village Treasurer Genette Toone has served in that position since
2005, and has proven herself to be knowledgeable in the field of governmental
accounting, generally, and the policies and procedures of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, specifically; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees desires to promote Ms. Toone to the
position of Village Treasurer effective April 5, 2025,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby appoints Genette Toone to the position of Village Treasurer effective April
5, 2025, at an annual salary of $131,027.
