On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #64-2025
WHEREAS, on March 14, 2025, Village Treasurer Daniel Tucker submitted his letter
of resignation to the Village Board of Trustees effective April 4, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees has appointed Deputy Village Treasurer
Genette Toone to the position of Village Treasurer effective April 5, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Rachel Sibrizzi is currently in the competitive class title of Deputy
Village Treasurer for the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees desires to appoint Ms. Sibrizzi to the
exempt class title of Deputy Village Treasurer,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby appoints Rachel Sibrizzi to the position of Deputy Village Treasurer
(exempt) effective April 5, 2025, at an annual salary of $97,560.
