An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on March 26, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse
Municipal Building.
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals and the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property was made by Trustee Simon.
The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and approved with a 5-0 vote. The meeting was
adjourned at 6:35 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the executive session at 6:58 PM.
