A Work Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on 
Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. 
 
The following official was absent: 
 
On motion of TRUSTEE SIMON, seconded by TRUSTEE NICHOLSON, the Board of Trustees of 
the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, voted 4-0 to refer information on Project Mover, 
including a sample local law from the Village of Ossining, to the Bicycle-Pedestrian Committee for 
a comprehensive review and report back to the Board of Trustees. 
 
The Board also conducted a review of the Department of Public Works proposed budget for 2025-
2026 at the work session.
