An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on April 3, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse
Municipal Building.
Trustee Slippen (arrived at 6:40 PM)
Absent:
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving a specific
individual was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and
approved with a 3-0 vote. The meeting was adjourned at 6:31 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the executive session at 7:30 PM.
