On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:   
 
Resolution #75-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is a party to a waterline agreement and 
easement related to property located at 71 Quaker Bridge Road; and 
WHEREAS, the Village has provided water service to this residence, and 68 Quaker 
Bridge Road, for many years through a water line under the Croton River; and 
WHEREAS, the property owner at 71 Quaker Bridge Road has since drilled a well 
on the property to provide water supply for the property; and 
WHEREAS, the individual waterline for 71 Quaker Bridge Road has been 
permanently capped, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby 
authorize the Village Manager execute the declaration of transfer of title and 
termination of easement and agreement for the property located at 71 Quaker Bridge 
Road.
