On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #76-2025 WHEREAS, the Westchester County Board of Elections (“the BOE”) uses various educational, municipal and non-profit buildings each year for primary and general elections; and WHEREAS, the Village agreed to let the Harmon Firehouse, Chemical Engine Company and the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building be used as polling sites; and WHEREAS, the Village also agreed to let the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building be used as an Early Voting site; and WHEREAS, the Village incurs costs related to overtime for opening and closing the building for the poll workers; and WHEREAS, the BOE has submitted payment to the Village to cover the staff overtime, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to amend the 2024-2025 General Fund Budget as follows: A1410.1200 Clerk-Personnel Srvcs OT $2,649.01 GENERAL REVENUES Increase A1000.2413 Rental – Election Site $2,649.01 Dated: April 9, 2025
