On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York 
with the following vote:  
 
Resolution #78-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Lorraine Hansberry Coalition has scheduled an event for April 26, 
2025, on the life of noted civil rights advocate Pauli Murray; and 
 
WHEREAS, St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church, located at 6 Old Post Road North, has 
agreed to the use of their premises for the event at the cost of $200; and 
 
WHEREAS, St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church has provided a rental agreement 
delineating the terms and conditions, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby 
authorized to execute the rental agreement with St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church on 
behalf of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
