Dear Manager, Mayor, and Trustees,
As you know, the IDEA Advisory Committee is excited to host the village's second annual
Juneteenth picnic at Vassallo Park from 2–4 pm on June 19. This year, the team would like to
outsource food considerations to vendors. Two food trucks have tentatively agreed to
participate. 
The vendors realize we may not have a big crowd, but are participating as part of an important
cultural event. We request that the administrative fee for their participation be set at the lowest
amount feasible.
