On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, 
New York, with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #100-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department hires part-time personnel to teach various 
programs and classes throughout the year; and 
 
WHEREAS, due to changing regulations from the federal government, individuals 
that were previously paid as independent contractors are now being paid as part-time 
employees; and 
 
WHEREAS, the change in status requires a budget transfer within the Recreation 
Department budget,  
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized 
to make the following budget transfer in the 2024-2025 General Fund budget:
