On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #101-2025
WHEREAS, the Village has received $65,000 in grant funds from NYSERDA
related to energy efficiency projects; and
WHEREAS, the Sustainability Committee has recommended that such funding be
set aside for additional electric vehicle chargers at the train station parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the funds must be transferred from the General Fund to the Capital
Fund so they will be available in the next fiscal year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer:
