On motion of TRUSTEE _____, seconded by TRUSTEE  _____, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York with the following vote: - 
 
Resolution #104-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, from time to time, receives permits 
from the New York State Dept. of Transportation (NYSDOT); and 
 
WHEREAS, these permits are in conjunction with work affecting state highways 
that run through the Village; and 
 
WHEREAS, the NYSDOT has provided an undertaking form for the benefit of the 
New York State Dept. of Transportation; and 
 
WHEREAS, this agreement is generally required to perform permitted work within 
and along the state’s right-of-way, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby 
authorized to execute the NYSDOT Form PERM 1, Undertaking for the Benefit of 
the New York State Dept. of Transportation.
