On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution 
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New 
York with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #106-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has received grant funding in the 
amount of $425,000 from NYSERDA to fund sustainable energy projects in the 
Village; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village is exploring the feasibility of installing a solar canopy at the 
DPW Garage; and 
 
WHEREAS, Sustainable Westchester has supplied an agreement to provide project 
management services in the amount of $4,000; and 
 
WHEREAS, Lindsay Audin, the chair of the Village’s Sustainability Committee, will 
assist Sustainable Westchester in managing the project, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby 
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement with Sustainable 
Westchester in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,000; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that such expense shall be charged to account
